Design & Engineering

We provide project-specific draughting and analytical design support to AS/NZS 2327:2017, using advanced tools including AutoCAD, Vectorworks and Revit, supported by BIM 360 for real-time coordination.

Our approach focuses on practical, buildable solutions, with materials selected to suit site conditions to help reduce waste, minimise on-site cutting and streamline coordination. Fast shop drawing turnaround supports efficient procurement and delivery.

Construction Management

Our dedicated Construction Managers oversee installation and project coordination, supported by detailed pre-planning to optimise sequencing, decking efficiency and trade interaction.

We provide integrated delivery options, including ComFlor® installation, reinforcing and combined supply and install packages. With coordinated material management, progress tracking and completion documentation, we help ensure smooth, reliable project delivery backed by Steel & Tube’s national capability.

Studwelding

We deliver complete stud welding services, including equipment supply, hire and installation. 

Our certified operators work in accordance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and recognised industry standards as a member of Steel Construction New Zealand.

Safety Netting & Deck Installation

Our fully certified, directly employed teams carry out all safety netting and deck installation. Fall arrest netting is designed and installed in-house, supported by robust QA processes, appropriate safety systems and ongoing health monitoring to maintain consistent safety performance.
